You can download the Alteration Form by logging into your New Wear Well account. The Forms are available in Download section in My Dashboard. Just download and print.
TAKE ALTERATION FORM & SUIT TO A LOCAL TAILOR
Have your tailor indicate all changes on our alteration form.
APPLY FOR AN ALTERATION CREDIT
Follow the on-screen instructions to claim your alteration credit. You will also be asked to upload a photographed or scanned copy of your receipt as well as input the measurement changes made by your tailor.
Remakes
CONTACT WITHIN 60 DAYS OF SHIPPING
On a rare occasion when your suit cannot be altered, we will remake it for you. To apply for a remake, please contact us within 60 days of your order being shipped.
NO CUSTOMIZATION & MEASUREMENT CHANGES
Items cannot be remade based on any customization changes or changes in measurements. We will use the exact customizations and measurements, provided at the time of purchase.
SAME FABRIC MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE
Due to limited fabric supply, some items may be unavailable to be remade and you may be asked to choose an alternative fabric for your remake order.
Refunds
NO REFUND
To be considered eligible for return, a return claim must be submitted within 14 days of an order’s ship date.
New Wear Well will only accept returned items that are in good and unworn condition. New Wear Well has the right to deny the issuance of a refund to an item that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.

Shipping costs for a Remade Suit are to be borne by the customer
NO SECOND REMAKE
In a rare scenario when a customer is dissatisfied and want to have a remake, we do it for free. However, after this remake, there are no further free remakes done.

For express delivery, New Wear Well’s custom tailored suit is shipped within 2-3 weeks of placing the order. You are given the Tracking ID to be able to track the order and the delivery dates, through the tracking ID we provide. Please note that the time taken for doorstep delivery may vary from region to region, and also any holidays you may have in your region.
GLOBAL SHIPPING
No matter where you are are, just order your suit and we will deliver it on your doorstep. We ship to most of the countries on Planet Earth. Sorry, we don’t yet ship to Sun, Moon, or Mars! And yes, we engage the best shipping carriers like FedEx and DHL to ensure that your order reaches you fast and secure. We provide you with the Tracking ID for you to keep track of your order. You can just log into your New Wear Well account and use the ID number to track your order.
