Easy Measurements

It’s easy to take your measurements. Just follow the instructions and you will get a perfect fit. And you don’t need a tailor! Anyone in your family, or a friend can take your measurements by just watching our measurement videos, or by following the written instructions. It usually takes just 10 minutes, and it’s fun!

Perfect-Fit Masters

New Wear Well garments are hand-made by experienced tailors, based on the measurements you supply. Follow New Wear Well measurement instructions carefully and the garments should fit – perfectly. However, sometimes items may need to be adjusted and so New Wear Well offers a perfect fit guarantee. After you have chosen your fabric, suit style, and customization options, and have placed the order – our designer and master tailor go through your profile, measurements, and all the details you have provided. Then they create a custom prototype just for you. And then begins the magic of the suit stitching craft to give you a suit you will fall in love with.

Alteration Credit

If an order requires adjustments, New Wear Well will provide a credit of up to $75 for local tailoring. You can apply for an alteration credit within 14 days of your order being shipped. Once processed, your credit will appear on your credit card statement within 14 days. Please note that if items were purchased with a gift certificate it will be reimbursed for your alteration credit before another payment source.
